I was browsing crafty blogs a few night ago in search of project to do with Clayton. On one blog, I was intrigued with a recipe. Clay and I might not make these together but I know he will be plenty happy to eat one. I decided to give them a test run tonight and they are delicious. A lot like cinnamon toast. Anyone with kids should give these a try. Older kids could even help.
Marshmallow Puffs (via scrumdilly-do!)
Ingredients:
~ Large Marshmallows
~ 2 tablespoons melted butter
~ Cinnamon Sugar (make your own or buy pre-made in the spices.)
~ 1 container pre-cut biscuits
~ muffin pan, greased
Scrumdilly-do has detailed instructions with photos. You should check that out.
Essentially, the directions are:
1. Mush biscuits flat.
2. Dip flat biscuits into butter - covering.
3. Cover buttery biscuit in cinnamon sugar.
4. Put covered biscuit into muffin pan - similar to a pie crust.
5. Place large marshmallow in middle of biscuit.
6. Bake for 10 minutes at 350.
7. Enjoy!
